R11 Automation is a quickly growing provider of engineering services in the automotive, food, chemical and energy industries providing services to clients on 6 European markets and in the US.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join the team as a Finance Manager with the possibility to become CFO withing the next 3-5 years.

Your responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance functions of the company.
• Supervise the external accounting team.
• Run management reporting system including contract profitability analysis.
• Implement process improvements to drive productivity.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute process-related strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to make data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to the development of budgets and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Our requirements

• Degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial role in the industry or in an advisory capacity.
• Big background is a big plus.
• ACCA / CFA certificate / in progress is a plus.
• Fluent English.
